At CAMILLA AND MARC, we offer a seamless returns process for all full-priced items returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless deemed faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
